Frequently Asked Questions- Can I choose what goes in my box?
- You can choose the size box you would like to receive but the contents of your box are selected for you based on what is seasonally available.
Back to Top- Do I have to get a box every week?
- How often you receive a delivery is completely in your control. Subscribers have the ability to set vacation weeks several months in advance. All vacation stops must be set a minimum of 10 days prior to the affected date of delivery. If you have a vacation week scheduled and decide you would like to receive your delivery after all you can edit your order up until 9:00 on Monday morning, for that week's delivery.
Back to Top- Can I change my order?
- You can change your order up until 9:00 on Monday morning, for the current week's delivery, by using "Edit This Week" on your Subscription Dashboard. You may permanently change your order by using the "My Subscription Info" area of your account page.

- Add-ons are an option only on those weeks you are receiving your box of produce.
Back to Top- What happens if I don't pick up my box?
- Boxes, and any add-ons, not picked up at the scheduled delivery time will be donated to a charitable organization. If you know you will not be able to pick up your delivery please try to let your host know in advance.
Back to Top- Can I have someone else pick up my order?
- You are welcome to have someone else pick up your order. If you do so it is important that you have provided that individual information on what you have ordered. Each Monday, after the charges are posted, you will receive an invoice via email that details what you have ordered and paid for. It will be helpful if the person picking up your order has a copy of the invoice with them so they can verify that they are leaving with the correct items.

- Everything in your box and sold as an add-on, on the website, is certified organic.
Back to Top- Can I pay at the delivery site?
- All payments are made online via credit/debit card. Both Visa and Master Card are accepted. There is no provision for hosts to accept payment at the delivery site.
Back to Top- Are the eggs and chickens free range?
- All chickens, including the laying hens, are free range, not pastured. They are fed organic, vegetarian diets.
Back to Top- Where do the fruits and vegetables come from?
- Whenever possible all fruits and vegetables are from local growers. Depending on the season Abundant Harvest Organics may include produce from the Coachella Valley region of California, but we promise to never include anything that has been grown in a foreign country.
Back to Top- How do I view and purchase add-ons?
- Currently the list of add-ons can only be viewed, and purchased by active subscribers. If you are a subscriber you can view and purchase add-ons by going to your Subscription Dashboard and selecting Edit This Week/Add-ons. When you do so you will be provided the available list. Add-ons may only be purchased as an "add-on" to the purchase of a box of produce. They cannot be purchased alone.
