We offer a small box of produce (feeds approximately two people weekly), a large box (feeds approximately four people weekly), or the option to sign up for an Add-ons Only subscription where you can purchase individual items from growing list of farm-fresh add-ons to choose from such as raw milk, eggs, nuts, grains, meat and poultry at affordable prices. Box subscriptions also include the option to order add-on items. Your produce is delivered in a reusable box, and you must transfer your produce into a personal reusable bag or any other bag or container you feel suits your needs best. This helps us keep our costs down and conserve resources. Add-on Only subscribers will be required to bring their own reusable bags to the pick up site to carry their items home.

How to Set Vacation
Log in to your account and click the “Delivery/Vacation Schedule” link at the top of the page. You will see a calendar that will have two options listed on your scheduled delivery dates. Click on the button for Vacation and that date will be set for vacation. The calendar goes out about 10 months so you can plan well in advance. There is a minimum 10-day notice required to set a vacation so once you are within 10 days of a delivery, that option is no longer available for that delivery date. If you have a vacation week scheduled and decide you would like to receive your delivery after all, you can remove your vacation up until 9am Monday morning for a Friday/Saturday delivery or 9am Thursday morning for Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday.
Costs and Payment
Base prices of the boxes: $25.80 for the Small Box $42.30 for the Large Box $4 Add-ons Only delivery charge
Surcharges apply in some areas. The surcharges for each specific area are listed when you select your delivery site during the sign-up process. Your credit card will be charged on a weekly basis for your box or Add-ons Only, except when you have previously scheduled a vacation. There is a one time Membership Fee of $15 per subscription order whether it be boxes, or the Add-on Only option; the fee covers the shipment and other startup fees. The fee will be charged at sign up and is non-refundable. The Add-on Only option includes a $4 delivery fee (home delivery surcharges may also apply) and does not include a produce box. You will have the option to change your box size, or select add-ons only for each delivery, after your initial choice.

If you are ever unhappy with the quality of an item, you may notify us within 72 hours of your delivery and we will send a replacement with your next delivery.
Picking Up Your Produce and Add-ons
Once you have signed up, your delivery site host will send you a welcome email and confirm the date and time of your weekly delivery. Your host manages the weekly delivery at your delivery site. He or she will be at your delivery site each week or delivering to your home or office if that option is available in your area. Each week we need you to bring a personal reusable bag or container you feel suits you better to your delivery site to transfer your produce into (watch this how-to video). You will then give your box back to your host or our driver. Simple as pie. Find a delivery site near you.

On the right hand side of your Dashboard you will see the Cancel Subscription option. When you select that you will be taken through the process. We require a 10 day window for cancellation so please allow for that. You may receive one more delivery before your cancellation sets in.
