Welcome to our Subscriber Sign Up page. All deliveries will be made through a community host to a site they set up. When you complete the information requested you will be informed whether or not there is a community host in your area. If a community host is available you will be given the option to enter your payment information, which can be a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card, and then place your order. If there is no host in your area perhaps you would like to consider joining our team. Please go the the Host Sign Up page and complete the application provided there.
Once you have entered your payment information you will pay a deposit of $18 for the use of two delivery boxes that will be used to transport your fresh picked produce. Each week you will return a clean, empty box and pick up a full one. The large delivery box measures 15" wide x 22" long x 7" high and folds flat for easy storage.
Becoming a subscriber does not commit you to a long term obligation. You may cancel at any time with a ten day notice. Should you cancel within sixty days of your first order the $18 box deposit will be fully refundable with the return of any boxes in your possession at the time. If you are going on vacation and want to stop delivery for any given period you may do so with 10 days notice and your deliveries will start up again on your return. The charge of $28.80 for the large box or $16.80 for the small box, plus the cost of any add-ons, will be posted to your credit card on Monday of each week you receive a delivery. If you do not pick up your delivery at the appointed time, and have not made prior arrangements with your host, your items will be donated to a local food bank.
All products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are ever unhappy with the quality of an item, and notify us within 5 days, you will receive a replacement in the following delivery.
