The time frame for each change of season is hard to nail down on a calendar. This year, the transition to fall seems to have come a little earlier than usual. For the most part, stone fruit is finished and we’re slowly moving into a steady supply of fall staples.
In times like these, it’s nice to be able to look ahead and start thinking about early fall meals and menu plans.
